Looking Forward

Playground Safety

We are aware that some children walk to school as part of growing up and taking responsibility and we agree whole-heartedly with that ethic.

I’d just like to remind parents that children remain unsupervised until they queue up and enter our building at 09:00. Please can those parents make sure their children understand your expectations during this period without any adult supervision.

Reminder – Aldi Vouchers

We are collecting Aldi Stickers. The poster for the stickers is in the main entrance.

Reminder – School Photographs

School will open at 08:30 on the 23rd for those who wish to come in and have a family picture taken. Just make your way into the hall and the Photographer will see to you. After this, classes will come down and take individual shots for you to choose.

Reminder – MacMillan Coffee Morning

We are participating in the MacMillan charity this year. We are always on the lookout for parents/grandparents/aunts & uncles to both come along and support this charity and also to support with the donation of a cake or two. It will start at 09:00 and on that day, children will be able to purchase a snack from any remaining treats left – their donations going to the charity.

Reminder – Open Day

If you know anyone who is looking for a place in school for September 2020, please could you give them one of the flyers that we gave you last week.

Polling Station

You have until the 23rd to return the polling station review. Please see attached form (email only) or use the form we sent out yesterday.

Looking Back

Grammar and Punctuation for Parents.

Thanks to all those who attended either the morning session or the evening session. It was great to speak to parents about the topic and how we can work together on the subject.

As always, I will always do my best to speak to you about any concerns you may have on the day so please feel free to approach me, either on the playground or book an appointment if you prefer.
